All recipes on our site are written according to how we prepare our samples at the farmer's market. Keep in mind you may use any seasoning packet you have for these recipes. We always recommend that you start with 1 Tbsp of seasoning first, then add more seasoning until it taste right for you. Thank you for visiting our website today!
How to prepare your frozen noodles (always keep frozen) –
If you have different color noodles, they should be boiled separately or else the colors will mix together.
- Take 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil
- Place frozen noodles in water and boil for 7-10 minutes or until it gets to your desired consistency
- Place in a strainer and quickly rinse with cold water (doesn't have to be thorough)
- Drain well (5-10 minutes)
Now you can prepare them anyway you like :)
GreenHearts Seasoning Sweet Potato Noodles Recipe
- Prepare your noodles as specified above
- Place noodles in large bowl
- Add 2 Tbsp of sesame oil
- Feel free to add any vegetables or proteins at this point (optional)
- Add 2 Tbsp (or add more to taste) of GreenHearts LLC's Curry Seasoning packet
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce (optional)
- Stir altogether

Japanese Eggplant Delight
- Take one Japanese/Chinese eggplant and cut it down the middle. Then thinly slice both sides in half circles.
- Use a pan or wok and add 4 Tbsp of sesame oil (option a use of 2 Tbsp oil and water available. See bulletpoint 5).
- Set heat to high. Once oil is hot, add in all of the sliced eggplant.
- Stir for 1 minute
- Optional if you prefer to use less oil - Add 1/4 cup of water, otherwise skip this step
- Cover and stir occasionally until water is almost evaporated
- Add 1/4 cup of Thai basil
- Add 1 Tbsp (or more to taste) of GreenHearts LLC’s Spicy Seasoning packet and turn off the stove
- Stir around for another minute and remove from stove
- Serve with rice or by itself

Stir Fried Baby Bok Choy
- Take your baby bok choy and cut as desired
- Use wok or pan and add 2 Tbsp of sesame oil to it and leave on high heat
- Run the baby bok choy under cold water
- Once the oil is hot, place the wet baby bok choy in the pan/wok
- Constantly stir for 3 – 5 minutes (depending on how soft you like your veggies)
- Add in 1 Tbsp (or more to taste) of GreenHearts LLC's Ginger Seasoning packet to the baby bok choy and stir until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Serve on top of rice or by itself
You can use any vegetable for this recipe really. It will be the best greens you’ve tasted.
Stir Fried Chinese Broccoli
- Take your Chinese Broccoli and cut as desired
- Use wok or pan and add 2 Tbsp of sesame oil to it and leave on high heat
- Run the Chinese Broccoli under cold water
- Once the oil is hot, place the wet Chinese Broccoli in the pan/wok
- Constantly stir for 4 - 7 minutes (depending on how soft you like your veggies)
- Add in 2 Tbsp (or more to taste) of any GreenHearts LLC Seasoning packet to the Chinese Broccoli and stir until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Serve on top of rice or by itself
Cabbage with Curry Seasoning
- Shred up a head of cabbage
- Use wok or pan and add 4 Tbsp of sesame oil to it and leave on high heat
- Once the oil is hot, add cabbage
- Stir around for 5 minute (or until your desired consistency)
- Add 2 Tbsp (add more to taste or less if not us whole cabbage) of GreenHearts LLC's Curry Seasoning and mix well
- Serve on top of rice or by itself
Zucchini with Inferno Seasoning
- Cut up zucchini down the middle then slice each side
- Use wok or pan and add 2 Tbsp of sesame oil to it and leave on high heat
- Once the oil is hot, add zucchini
- Stir around for 5 minute (or until your desired consistency)
- Add 1 Tbsp (add more to taste) of GreenHearts LLC's Inferno Seasoning and mix well
- Serve on top of rice or by itself
Inferno Salsa
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups diced onions
- 4 stalks of cilantro
- 1 freshly squeezed lime
- 1 tablespoon inferno seasoning
